The lobby and rooms were very comfortable. Very convenient Room layout. But the service is where they shine. We lost something while visiting NASCAR Museum and did not realize till we got home to Texas. Oliver (the Manager) remotely helped to get it shipped to us even though it was not lost at the hotel. Oliver exemplifies fantastic customer service. Thanks you Aloft!

Internet was extremely poor and didn’t work. No food options other than a bar. Parking is $28 a day, be sure to do valet if you want in and out privileges. Very noisy at night with all the cars racing around the streets with loud exhausts. Styling is very modern but cold. Feels like Ikea furniture. Very compact room. Air conditioning was very loud. Not a place I plan to stay at again.

It just seems like an old aloft hotel. Things in the room didn't work, the gym is dated, the check in desk is messy, it is located in the saddest old center, and maybe the worst valets I have ever used (only reason I used valet for parking was that I was told it is cheaper than the daily self park charge). Nearly 70% of all the restaurants in the center have closed down- sort of like a ghost town. Great location once you leave the hotel and the center it is located in.

Positive: Location is great! Comfortable beds, nice room layout. Negative: Rude front staff (one of them). Place seemed a little dirty. I had stayed there a few years ago and was so impressed. I was a little embarrassed that I took my sister in law and told her how amazing the place was, so modern and clean, but not so this time

Pretty nice. Depending on which side ur on can be a bit noisy. Staff has been good at trying to accommodate if you ask at check in
Hi Antonio, We accept all major credit and debit cards for payment. A credit card is required to check-in with us, we do place a hold on the card for the entire amount of room and tax plus an additional amount in case of any incidental charges. This hold is typically removed in 3-5 business days after payment is secured. We do accept cash as payment for the room at check-out. Thank you. Cory Fay General Manager
Aloft Charlotte, NC? No! It will cost you $75/day if you park yourself; $75 for your entire visit if you use their valet service. Their rationale: the hotel does not own the garage.
If you do valet parking you can come/go as often as you like. If you don't do this you have to pay. Believe valet was $20 a day. Don't remember cost of regular parking. I do remember there were hour/ half day/all day rates.
When i was there it was cheaper to valet for $40 a day than to pay for the deck by the hour.
