The appointment went very well and was very informative. I thought I was going to need dentures however they showed me what they could do and I will be able to get some caps and a couple of Resin plates. I am very excited to be going to them.

Starting from the waiting room to every part of the clinic has this soothing that will make you instantly calm and relaxed. And the use of modern tech has made the whole process more comfortable. Really grateful to the amazing Dr. Michael Yeh for their humble behaviour and sincerity. An amazing clinic for all dental emergencies!

My appointment was at 2 pm. The assistant took me in ten minutes before to prepare me for a crown replacement. He was very polite. It took almost an hour before the dentist started. During the process another colleague was harassing the assistant regarding his way of doing things so he was distracted and I had to push his hand up to remove the instrument from my mouth. I think this could have been handled privately between them. The dentist proceeded without flaw and my temporary tooth was placed properly by the assistant. I will go back for my appointment. Perhaps if they practice rotation of employees all of them should be informed on how protocols are done in each clinic. Patients come first after all.

Worst dental experience ever! Not recommended! I had my two root canals done in lynnwood dental excellence. First one was good but my second root canal experience here was horrible. It took 4 hours, soo long waiting times between all steps. Also, based on my first crown experience, I requested my tooth’s impression taken with the imaging machine. But that was total disaster. Three people tried taking my impression with the imaging machine for an hour! I got so tired and was nearly crying. Turns out the the expert staff member was not there that day and the other 3 assistants couldn’t do it. On top of all these, the staff doing my temporary crown forgot the retraction cord in my mouth and I lived with it for more than 3 weeks not knowing it shouldn’t be there. And my gums got inflammation!!! So unprofessional!!!! So risky for health!!
