If you are at all active or have a personality you do not want to stay here. I received a cease and desist order to fly a quiet camera less drone. Outside my apartment. Meanwhile, people are allowed to smoke tobacco in the building against policy. The smoke wafting into my apartment. The lady on the first floor blasts her TV and talks on the phone so loud the entire complex can hear it. Management will not enforce any policies, such as the smoking, noise, etc., yet I am not allowed to fly my silent harmless, noiseless, drone. One of the leasing representatives here, Heather, has zero customer service skills and has been openly hostile to myself and other residents here. As a former customer service trainer, this really offends me. Management also knows that there is one staff member I respect here, because she is the only professional. Instead of writing a warning to me herself, the manager made that staff member do it. I felt that was cowardly. My next door neighbor asked me not the fly the drone even inside my apartment because the quite beeping of the remote control disturbed their pet. I guess it all comes down to management. I received anonymous hate notes on my door for the sin of getting up early. I had to buy a camera to get them to stop. I just received a phone call from the Reserve office that cameras aren't allowed so now I guess I'll have to put up with hate notes again. The last straw was when I was ordered to remove the camera and put up with the hate notes. Bottom line: If you are active at all and have normal social skills, this place is not for you. If you make zero noise each day and never leave your unit you should enjoy the Reserve at Lynnwood.

I have 2 friends that live here and while it appeared to be pretty good initially they have had alot of challenges with tenants letting homeless in ("our grandfather lives here and he's not answering the phone"), then they disappear and cause trouble. Alot of car break-ins. Apparently management isn't very effective. Sad because its an attractive building. There is NO storage in the apartment, just 1 closet in the bedroom.

This place makes the residents pay for repairs to their appliances! The security is awful, they stood and watched as a resident's food delivery spoiled, and watched as food was stolen. They don't do anything to ensure the resident's safety

Staff is awesome! Friendly, helpful and patient which isn’t easy dealing with a building full of seniors functioning on different levels! Love the complex and amenities are awesome! Best move we’ve made!
