hey first and foremost i don't hate this place. i really enjoy living in studio apartments because it is cheaper than market rent, but i would never live here ever again given the chance. because of the crime. if you own a car, you should never keep anything valuable in your car, even your documents. it will more than likely get broken into. if you talk to just about any resident either them or someone they know will have had their car or motorcycle stolen or vandalized. i cannot stress this enough, there is nothing safe about the garage. the cameras are absolutely useless and only on the exit to the building, the best you might get is a blurry pic. otherwise if you don't own a car, and you don't mind the slight traffic noise outside its really not bad other than the occasional straightpiped Honda screaming down the highway, its quiet peaceful. and the front desk staff are friendly. put more cameras in the garages, and only allow people who own vehicles access to the garages, and i would change my review to 5.

I've lived here now for almost 5 years. No place is ever perfect which is why I won't give it 5 stars, but I can say they are doing the best with what their owners give them. The management team can only do as much as their managers and the property's ownership will allow them, so cut the on-site team some slack. The current leasing team has been super helpful, they were so nice today when I was attempting to get my large and heavy package up to my apartment by offering to help me load it into my wagon. Kayla and Kilee are both great leasing agents. Viktoriya is always kind and willing to listen when something is going on that needs to be fixed. Amanda as the manager does her best to support not only the tenants but her team as well. As someone who works in property management I hold a lot of respect for on-site teams for all they face on a daily basis. While there have been recent car break in incidents in the last few weeks, they are working to resolve the issue. Please be respectful to the people in these offices. They are human beings just like you and me.

You can’t make more then 50,000 a year if you are a single person with 2 kids and you can’t make less than a certain amount to be able to qualify. 1200 is what they ask for one bedroom you need to make double rent. I can’t make less because I need to feed my kids. But don’t make enough to be able to live in this area. Process takes over 3 to 4 weeks. Still looking hope I’m not homeless with two kids do the Math it is hard to get excepted and easy to get kicked out it’s not a stable place

I was debating on living here but was not impressed after the tour that my partner and I had with them. They seemed very disorganized, did not really sit down with us to explain any details, and overall just felt like they were trying to get it over with. During the tour the outside property looked decent. Once inside some of the buildings, the carpets throughout the complex were full of stains and some residents had notes on their doors about stolen packages. This was literally our warning about this place. If they had this lack of communication and disorganization during our tour I can't even imagine living here. I'm glad that we found another place to live.

As a matter of fact, it is! One of the perks of living at Urban Center are the many public transit options available to our residents. All of our new residents are eligible for a free ORCA card with unlimited transit access for their first month. It’s a great way to try transit for free and see it if works for you. Once you sign up, Community Transit will deliver a welcome kit full of fun goodies plus your free ORCA card. With our close location to transit, many of our residents find it super easy to jump on the bus and save time money, and avoid the hassle of parking and traffic.
The leasing office is in the first building just past the bus transfer/ park n ride. Building A. It has a play ground/ outdoor communal area right outside and there are parking spaces labeled "for future residents."...
