Radio City Box service, today, October 2, 2021, EXCEPTIONAL. The service provided today was a model for understanding and hearing the customer's situation. We bought tickets for an upcoming show, and learned a few hours later, that a family member traveling from out of state was arriving on the day for which the tickets were purchased. We returned to the box office to see what could be done. They explained that tickets were non refundable and could not be exchanged. We thought that would be the case. However, we shared we were there hours earlier and shared our situation. The box office accommodated! Thank you Radio City for bringing forth the holiday spirit early.

Can I purchase tickets from Radio city Boox Office without service fees?
I am in Australia. Could you please indicate when the tickets for the Christmas Spectacular go on sale at Radio City Music Hall.

I just looked it up on line and see at the Radio City Music Hall it clearly states, all guest ages 12 and older will need to provide proof of Covid-19 vaccination. Meaning the day of your event is at least 14 days after final vaccine. I hope this helped

I'm more than sure you can purchase your tickets by phone. I've never been informed of a fee for any ticket purchase. You can ask once you call.

Being that meet and greet are determined the day of the concert I would try to call guest services at MSG or the box office for more info. Enjoy the concert.
