I was charged $45 just to have my short hair blown dry on top of the $28 fee for a simple haircut. I spoke to manager to get a refund for being way overcharged and all they would give me back is $10. The stylist messed up haircut. Very DISSATISFIED with company and service. Will NOT use them again and I'm spreading the word.

I had meagan as my hair stylist and she was amazing. She gave me a better view of what my hair was gonna look like based on her experience. She really personalized my experience. I recommend her, she was great

Would not recommend this place if it was the last hair salon on earth. I made an appointment for a wash and blowdry. I show up to my appointment and was told by the receptionist to have a seat, as she needed to tell the stylist I was there. Low and behold 10 minutes later- that same receptionist asks me if I'm ready and she is the one doing my wash & blow dry. During my wash her fake nails kept getting stuck in my hair and she did not wash the hair on the nape of my neck! After that she sat me down and started brushing my long wet hair. Anyone who is a stylist knows this is a big no no! I eventually had to ask her for a detangler because of how painful it was. She was also using a dirty brush & cape! After that ensued - she started blowdrying my hair straight. She had no diffuser on the blowdryer, used no heat protectant and didn't section my hair AT ALL. I had to ask her to get a diffuser, so she didnt fry my hair! After an hour and a half of this insanity she asked me if I was satisfied and if anything felt wet. When I told her I was not satisfied and it still felt wet, she proceeded to tell me she didn't see any wet hair. 🙄 After insisting my hair was still wet, she went back in and asked me again after another 10 minutes. I told her it was still wet and I was concerned it would not stay straight. This is when she became frustrated and got another stylist. This stylist DID section my hair and did a decent job. However the entire experience and what I saw was unacceptable. They reuse capes, & brushes are not cleaned after clients. Ontop of a bad experience- I was still charged full price.
