Was there today, on time for my appointment (mani/pedi) but was kept waiting while Wendy finished a client before me. Since the pedicure attendant was still with another client, Wendy started on my manicure. Goodness, it was so hurried, with frequent interruptions - phone calls, cashier, attending to clients . . . Can't you get a receptionist to do those tasks? It was so annoying and the gel polish wasn't applied well - I mean cuticle to base, because of the rushed service! The pedicure was much better service. I've seen previous complaints about credit card exaggerations - keeping an eye out for that.

I started going there back in July and I been going back ever since. I been looking for a good nail salon and I been very happy with Wendy’s nail salon. I will keep going there.
