Very disappointed with my stay, had a water leak with towels on the floor in one of our rooms (1607) for the 2 days due to the AC. Engineers working on it at 11pm last night after we were in the hot sun all day. AC was a necessity in 98 degree weather for me. Checked out early instead of our planned 4 pm because I was over it. And at the check out counter I was ready to express how I felt but wasn’t even asked how my stay was. Very disappointed in marriott for not having quality control plan to address the AC leaking issues. Not offered anything to make our stay better. It’s a nice hotel but they should’ve made up for the inconvenience without me having to ask. I’m a platinum elite member and had 2 adjoining rooms for my family of six.

Yes there is, but it's valet only and is $90 per night ($65 if you valet "off-site" according to Marriott). I Depending on the goals of your trip, would highly encourage you to consider taking the Subway as it's quicker in NY traffic. There are also train services to both JFK and EWR. Hope this helps.
