I reserved parking and they did charge me and when I arrived there the staff didn’t let me park saying that they where full. Because of this I arrived late to the theatre trying to find another parking lot

They did help to drive your car to you. But they were taking a very long time to take your car down. We had to wait at least 25 minutes just for them to take our car down.

How can a manager refuse people to make cards for parking, specifically for employees who work in this area. The reason is full there is no place to park the car anymore.

Simple steps 1. Drive in to any of the two locations 307 W 44th(right opposite the hotel) or 332 W 44th (adjacent the hotel) 2. A parking attendant would receive you, check your car and issue you with a claim check which you would use in retrieving your car when you're leaving the garage. 3. Parking overnight attracts a fee of $52 but guests of Intercontinental like your good self are offered a $10 discount hence, you end up paying $42. It's also worthy to note that, oversized vehicles attract an additional charge of $ 25 4. You're also required to inform/show the claim check the parking attendant handed you to the hotel to validate it so you can enjoy the discount. 5. Finally, when you're back at the parking garage to retrieve your car, you're required to see a parking attendant to process your claim check for payment then after your car would be retrieved for you.
