Cheap parking around this block. Staff are friendly. You can go with one to drop off your luggage in your car after hotel check out. However, expect to wait atleast 15 minutes for everything (drop luggage off, leave with your car, so on). It's valet and not self-park. Worked out decent for me expect for the wait times. Spot Hero wanted $86 for 24 hours at this facility for the timeframe I wanted, but is only $55/ 24 hours. Cash or debit is cheaper. Credit card - adds a lot of transaction fee.

Ok price. No damage to our car. But the service.... not great at all. The cashier acted like she had better things to do than to be at work helping customers. I should have used the hotels valet which was more but much better service.

They've got 7 foot clearance so were able to park a Chevy Suburban for 3 hours yesterday as well as a minivan. When we went to pick up the car, they had them out for us within 5 minutes. Additionally, they also have an entrance on 36th street, so they asked which street we would like cars brought out to. Not inexpensive, $70 for the suburban, $40 for the minivan, but that's typical NYC parking. It wouldn't be much more than that overnight.

Locked my keys in my own car by accident and acted like it was my own fault for not carrying a spare on me. These people are entirely incompetent. Park anywhere else.
