If you’re a tourist - you’ve come to the right place to get fleeced. If you’re a New Yorker trying to get an errand done - go somewhere else. These guys are slow AF. Had a 30m appointment. Tried to park here but it took 25m to get in the garage. Not a particularly busy garage, only 4 cars ahead of me. But these guys aren’t the smartest or hardest working. Just barely working I think is what I would say.

I don’t know what they did but the interior of my car stinks after leaving it with them and I can’t get rid of the stench. Very difficult and time consuming getting in and out as well.

THINK TWICE BEFORE PARKING HERE. EMPLOYEES WILL RANSACK YOUR VEHICLE AND STEAL FROM YOU. AND WHEN YOU CALL THE MANAGER TO COMPLAIN, HE'LL SWITCH OFF HIS PHONE. Who knows what other type of illicit business happens here.

I saw them have full sized truck, but like i noted before. Expect to pay more than price display outside. I would go in and ask them before you pull your truck in there, just to be on safe side.
It was posted as $26 for 12 hours, but they had charged me $48 because I had Suburban. They said that's oversized vehicle. So don't take your car inside unless you have 4 door sadan or you are willing to pay extra money. Also they scratched the window and side panel of my car, as I believe they tried to park my car on lower side of the lift and they denied the damage. And I had brand new car so I know nothing was damaged before taking it there. Take pictures of your vehicle before leaving it with them just in case.
