Morning crew is great... does take some time to get your car in the afternoon though. Overall good, trust then with my car.

Wish I could give the morning staff 5 stars and the afternoon crew 0. The old man in the evening crew is nasty and disrespectful. More than 5 occasions brought my car out over 30 mins later. Even damaged my vehicle a month and a half ago and after being advised that their claims department would be in contact within 3-5 days, still haven’t heard anything nor have I received a response to any of my emails. Avoid this place at all costs.

The WORST PARKING SERVICE IN NY. You will wait a guaranteed 25 to 40 min for your car to be pulled out. The older gentlemen that has worked there for a long time is one of the most rude and nastiest people, he yells at you, talks down to you and will ignore you to your face as you try and turn in your car or try n pay to pull it out. He is known to be rude for years and the way he speaks to people is unacceptable and should be reported. Avoid parking here, they will hit ur car and pretend did never happened there. Management ceases to exist at this location.
