What a disgrace! We paid for parking through Spot Hero And as we pulled up, a rude jerk waved us off and said, “There is no space.” I said “we already paid” and he said “Too bad. We don’t have room. Not my problem.” Then Spot Hero wouldn’t refund me, just gave me a spot hero credit. I will never use this garage or Spot Hero again. Boo!!!!!!
