My husband and I were so thrilled to find Marathi on Monday. I was going to meet him for a special celebration and the restaurant stood out to me as a cheerful place as I was walking into Tribeca and looking inside I noticed many nice people. What an even greater surprise was the magical connection we felt instantly to such a well run and great place. The food and drinks we had were perfect, but the sense that a restaurant is so in touch with what is truly important was a gift. Not just great service, but being authentic and caring about the guest experience, details of service and that all has to do with the people. It was obvious that the employees were very special, love their job and the owner knows what makes people feel taken care of. We are so happy that this restaurant is bringing care back to NYC in such difficult times. What an absolutely special place!

Underrated, lovely brunch spot in Tribeca. Check out more recent reviews as the place underwent a major renovation of the space and the menu. Really good food and coffee and a nice bright space with cute booths. The avocado toast is one of the best I’ve had with soft bread, well seasoned avo, and perfect eggs.
