As a practicing physical therapist and clinic owner, I am always looking for trusted healthcare providers to collaborate with. Dr. Au does a tremendous job of offering treatment for our shared clients that are evidence based. She is a phenomenal practitioner and I would HIGHLY recommend her services.

I was in pain for months! Pins and needles coming from my neck down my arm to my fingers. I workout 2x’s a day often as I train for physique shows. She sat with me. Ran down exactly what was happening and gave me 3 different options. Option one worked a week later! I’m working to get my doctor bf to make an appointment

I had pain in my left arm. Dr Au cured the pain without me even having to go to physical therapy. She is very thorough and patient. A pleasure to deal with.

Thanks for the great question! A Physiatrist is a physician who has completed their residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (Physiatry)--a medical specialty that emphasizes the prevention, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of people disabled by disease or injury. Physiatry provides integrated, multidisciplinary care aimed at recovery of the whole person by addressing the individual's physical, emotional, medical, vocational and social needs. It is unique in that its area of expertise is the functioning of the whole patient, as compared with a focus on an organ system. Physiatrists manage a diversity of conditions involving the nervous and musculoskeletal systems. Dr. Au's focus specifically is the non-operative treatment of spine and musculoskeletal disorders. She is fellowship-trained in Pain Management to provide fluoroscopically-guided spine and joint injections as needed, with the overall goal to improve an individual’s quality of life and daily function.
I don't know. I'm a new patient myself
