DO NOT GIVE THIS PARKING LOT BUSINESS. THE STAFF IS EXTREMELY RUDE AND THEY ARE DREAMERS THAT THEY ARE THE BOSS. I DIDN’T FALL FOR THEIR LIE. My hotel Margaritaville has a deal with them and I told them that I’m staying two days so when I got back to pick up my car they wanted to force me to pay three days. The guy who works there on the very first day told me what time I’m checking out and I told him but during pick up there was a whole chaos and the guy working on Sunday kept my car as hostage for 40 mins. The hotel manager was involved but the employee at Icon Parking wouldn’t care to talk to the Hotel manager and tossed the business card of the hotel manager inside their office. So I’m shutting my card and won’t let them get paid now. Hopefully I will have a lawsuit and shut the whole ICON parking down there. VERY RUDE AND AGGRESSIVE AND CHARGE PEOPLE EXTRA. DO NOT FALL FOR IT. OTHERS WERE MAD TOO.

I’m giving a rating of 1 because it’s Sunday and there is only 1 attendant checking out , receiving and looking for the vehicles. There are folks waiting over 1 hour. I have been here 40 minutes. It’s ridiculous that on a Sunday morning there us only 1 person doing everything. What a shame!!!

Affordable at 32 for the day. I want to praise them for allowing me get my phone charged with them. My phone was dead. My reservation was on my phone and I couldn’t pull it out, so I asked if they could charge my phone and they said yes. Thats some good service. Otherwise I would have to pay for it twice.

I’m trying to call for rates I am in the area but the guy picked up and hung up the phone on me. Then he doesn’t answer the phone now, he lets it ring out. And the mailbox is full. This is Sunday 3/27/21 at 12:21pm on my birthday! Can someone please train that man. That’s really terrible customer services
