Bad experience. Recommend to avoid. They damaged my car whilst it was parked there and literally walked off and ignored me when I pointed out the damage they had done. It took nearly 20 minutes to get someone to respond to me beyond shrugging their shoulders. They refused to provide any details for insurance claiming “it’s a big company they didn’t know what the insurance is” and basically tried to make me feel bad for “holding up” other customers - which we weren’t. I documented everything to their management - who haven’t replied to my emails, not even an acknowledgment. Massively disappointing. Again - recommend to avoid. You can tell the quality of a business by how it handles its mistakes. UPDATE: More than two weeks after they damaged my car the claims person at MPS Parking just ignores correspondence to try and resolve the matter. They have ZERO interest in acting with integrity. Perhaps they think if they ignore their customers long enough they will give up? $40 to park. More than $3000 in damages to repair. Awful. Avoid. Further update: 3 months and no response to my many emails and phone calls. This company clearly has no regards for its customers or it’s responsibilities. I’m just glad that 3000+ people and counting have read this review and hopefully avoided a similar experience.

Miserable experience with this garage. My sister in law and I visited Manhattan today, with eight children accompanying us (ages 1 year old to 15 years old). We each parked a vehicle in this garage today, for $57 EACH vehicle ($114 for both vehicles). When we came to pick up, the staff, especially rude higher up, were absolutely obnoxious to me for taking too long to load the car and to some of the children. I was yelled at for taking too long and blocking the garage so no one else could get a car out, even though my sister in law was the only other person waiting for a car and her car wasn't out yet. My sister in law tried to pay her $57 parking fee in cash with a $100 bill. The staff claimed they didn't have change.... I paid her $57 parking fee on my credit card without moving my car. All of the sudden, staff stopped yelling at me for blocking cars in the garage. When I pointed that out to the staff, no one, not even the verbally abusive higher up, had a response. If you are parking in Manhattan with children, please choose a different garage and save yourself aggravation. I hope that senior management and the garage owners are reading these reviews. If so, how are you going to prevent staff from mistreating people with children? Or anyone else, such as disabled patrons, who have to load people and items into a parked vehicle?

Good garage, good staff, good location, just can't fit a full size pickup truck or suv. Previously a smaller vehicle of mine came out slightly scratched from here.
