Kseniya was wonderful! She showed me 2 apartments to fit our family's needs and when I stopped in the second day to check our application, she took the time to complete the process while I was in the office. Very professional and efficient!

If you want to live in a nice clean apartment, don't move in here. They have a crazy mold issue and don't do anything about it and expect the renters to just clean it off when the issue is the fact that the buildings were poorly constructed. On top of that the parking is horrendous

For the cost of living here in Washington, Acappela has been great in terms of what you get for the price. I have a three bedroom for less than most people are paying for a 2 bedroom else where. The office staff has always been super friendly and helpful and maintenance is fantastic. I have always been very surprised at how fast someone shows up when I call, even if it is after hours. My only complaint as far as the complex goes itself is parking - there are more people and cars here than available unreserved spots. There have been numerous occasions when I have literally had to park somewhere else and get a ride home. I have a reserved spot now but you are only allowed 1 reserved spot and my brother lives with me. So parking is still a problem. If it were not for that I would give a higher rating.

DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! Management and leasing office employees are Incompetent. You are not allowed to have guests after 9pm or they will get towed. Not enough parking for residents. They say there is 4 month waiting list for covered car ports but there are permanently empty covered spots. They have no idea which car port belongs to who. They came out with new parking permits and when I went to get mine they issued it to someone else. Even though I live here they have towed me 3 times and it's cost me over $1500. I can't wait to get out of here. I know other residents feel the same. Rent somewhere else. You'll thank me later.
