I wanted bifocal contacts & single vision glasses (for distance) as a backup. Got the glasses & picked up my trial contacts on a Monday. went back Tuesday for a check & told the optometrist & the techs that my distance vision with the lenses was great, but close up was still blurry. He checked me & said nothing. When the tech went to order the contacts, he discovered that I had only been given single vision contacts. What a waste of my time as I now have to wait a couple more weeks for them to come in & then try them out & have another checkup before I can order them.

Came here less then 2 weeks ago to get two new pairs of glasses, decided to try out their$ 79.99 deal. Unfortunately you'll find that if you have a bigger head, you'll more likely have to go with their $127.99 deal like i had to, due to the promotion sizes being rather "one sized" . Luckily i found a pair i fell in love with and fit length wise, i was helped by the friendly doctors/lab people, who's names i unfortunately forgot. Tests were quick and effective. The main doctor had some like jazz/ mellow music in there. Cool warm Vibes but lowkey whiplash inducing, vast contrast to the busy buzzing floor, he was friendly, easy to talk to, . The person who actually helped me was the main man Travis who hooked it up! He helped me on both my visits. He was friendly and informative. He explained my options and what to expect from each one, while clearly explaining prices and the fineprint! He claimed to own and wear much of what they offer n wouldn't sell what he wouldn't trust. He sold me on polarization and i got myself groovy shades, that i can clearly see in. After the purchase, he gave and explained my paperwork and receipt, the taxes and even my prescription! He then told me to expect a call in two weeks. I walked out that door expecting two new pairs, one a pair of sunglasses, and a lifetime warranty(or maybe a year?) for less than 200 bucks!!!! Well let me tell you i was ELATED to get a call only 9 days later. Saying they were ready! When i went to receive them, Travis again helped me. He presented them to me and was more then happy to adjust the two pairs to fit. I appreciated his struggle with the noses pieces. All and all i would recommend this location. Been around for 10+ years i think? I can see why. Also miss Jennifer manning the front is nice and approachable.

You seriously can't beat the price of the eye exam, especially if you sign up for their club, you pay a little extra at the time of the first exam and then you have free exams for the next 2 years (minus a couple of optional tests). Their contact price are definitely high, so I wouldn't purchase those there. I did not look at glasses. Dr. Meyer has zero personality and the exam is very short. They run people in and out like cattle. Which that is what you get for the price, so that is okay. The bright spot of the visit was the tech, Jennifer. She helped me the previous year, but because i was very unhappy with the service I received (not from her) I kind of took it out on her, which I felt bad about, because she is so sweet. She was very kind, professional and genuine (the previous year and this year), she didn't rush me through the payment and we had a nice conversation. She also quoted me contact prices that they had, but did not pressure me to buy from there. She said by all means if I could find them cheaper elsewhere, then I should do that. She provided great customer service to me and she was very helpful. Unfortunately for America's Best customers, this is her last week. I am glad I was able to be helped by her before she left!

The front desk ladies were great. Both were very friendly - I've been having anxiety issues. 😅 I was taking a while choosing my glasses. The optician Jennifer was very friendly and patient. She actually found some glasses for me - She has a very good sense of style. She helped me a lot and made it a fun experience for me. Thank you Jennifer!
