I had to use the restroom after I was showed to my seat. As soon as I walked in the restroom the bad smell almost made me throw up. I walked to the stall and I have never in my life seen a restaurant restroom so NASTY ,STINKY, NO TOILET PAPER, URINE ALL OVER THE FLOOR IN MY LIFE! Even the walls were so dirty. I walked out the restroom SO DISGUSTED I didn’t even want to sit down to eat. I immediately left. They need to close this location and start all over.

A complete disaster!!! Waited ten minutes to get seated. Another 20 to get our drinks. 10 more to get appetizer. Myself and my son got our steaks and they were okay. My other son got burgers and they were extremely burnt and not edible. Sent them back and received burnt ones again. Wife finally got her food about 20 minutes later. Probably the worse experience we have ever had in my life at any restaurant!!!! Took us close to two hours to eat a lost meal!!!

Shout out to the hostess, staff, manager and cooks to the 38th St location. Our service and food was excellent. We prefer this location as we've never had a bad experience here. However, it made me nauseous listening to the couple next to me looking for a free meal. Manager was very attentive while listening to the guy make all kinds of excuses. Shame on that couple for the exaggerated lies told on her especially when she came back to apologize.

Food was great! Burger was massive and so delicious. I haven't been to Chili's in years and was pleasantly surprised at how good it was.
