My experience at Scarborough has been pleasant and a place to call home the staff is professional which is refreshing and the maintenance staff is the best. I appreciate all they do. Since I have been here 20 plus years I have a relationship with a few of them. Lesson learned thank you and please goes a long way. Everyone wants to know they are appreciated.

I've been living here for 3 years and it's been nothing but pure bliss. Few glitches here and there but it's nothing short of comfort. The maintenance is top notch and the apartment office personnels are always available and helpful evertime!! I don't have plans of leaving any time soon.

Maybe it should be one star but only because I feel like it’s false advertising the apartment looks nothing like the pictures online. Also I was told I was moving into a apartment with a patio and that’s not what I got. Then ask for a $300 deposit to fix any damages so I guess the person before never paid one because my apartment was not freshly painted. It’s stains on the walls and chipped paint, the first cabinet I opened I saw a roach. Oh and the vents and ceiling fan is kinda dusty, idk if you have the option to view a apartment before hand but I suggest it. I feel like I’m paying an amount of rent that’s not worth how the apartment looks. Very disappointed 😔 smh 🤦🏽‍♀️

Great experience with the staff at Scarborough Lakes Apartments. The office staff, Kailyn Sparks was extremely helpful and took the time to show us the property. We looked at a two bedroom unit for our daughter who is transferring to Marian U. The staff made our decision.
