After a long day of searching for living arrangements we visited Woodbrook as our last stop. For those of you looking for a place to live you know how difficult and stressful it is to find somewhere that's not overly priced and available for the time frame needed to move. Rose made all the stress of the day immediately vanish. She greeted us with a smile even though she was incredibly busy. She's a great listener and sincerely willing to help. I deeply regret not visiting Woodbrook first. My friend immediately applied. Thank you Rose!

Love the structure and the maintenance of the apartments. Visiting my family from out of town that live here and the environment is A++ 😁 The highlights of these apartments are the walk in closet in master bedroom and the flooring.

I’ve been living here for two years now and I haven’t had any problems. The management (Rose) is very nice and very professional; also every since they’ve switched to everything being online I will admit everything is more convenient. As far the maintenance they’re nice! I try to be mindful about the other tenants while dealing with maintenance requests. To my knowledge the maintenance men come within reasonable timing and always complete my orders. I don’t have any complaints, nor do I have any issues with neighbors. The community is what you make of it . I will recommend these apartments to just about anyone looking for a first time apartment. Also , Justina is my favorite at the front desk. She makes sure everything is taken care of .

My experience has been more positive than others. For me the staff is friendly and very helpful. They have made living in Woodbrook an wonderful experience! I had lived in a one bedroom all the way in the back of the neighborhood. The section I was at was quite and peaceful. I did hear a few arguments late at night but nothing ever serious. I had no bug issue the 2 years I've lived there until the last month of my stay. I would suggest 2 exterminations a year. The staff are very warm wonder people and will assist your needs quickly. I did have my A/C go out a total of 4 or 5 times in the summer. Each time I put a request in it got fixed either that day or the next day. These are great starter apartments because they are a little outdated with no washer and dryer hook up. Great decor really can make any place home. They do offer modern apartments as well. My overall stay at Woodbrook Apartments has really has been delightful! I am extremely appreciative of the staff here! If I didn't move out I state I would be there for another year. Keep up excellent the work!
