Excellent place to live (and occasionally work from home). I feel extremely safe and comfortable here. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the property is quiet and safe. The apartments themselves are spacious and clean; I have never lived in such a nice and peaceful apartment before. Definitely renewing my lease for as long as I'm able!

I have lived here for over 3 years and work on the west side near the Airport. It's a quick and easy drive to work, and also a quick and easy bike ride to most major bike routes. The first 2 years I lived here (2019-2021) were great, 5 stars. Most residents are young, college students/recent graduates, so it was easy to make friends. No complaints about the neighbors at all, they're wonderful. In the last year, a new management team has taken over the office. Either the team is new, or understaffed, but there is an obvious gap in the quality of management during the last year. 1. No pool furniture was procured for the entirety of the summer of 2022. We had to sit on the deck or bring folding chairs. (Furniture was procured for this summer). 2. A pipe burst in the apartment above us in the winter of 2021-22 that saturated the carpets and walls in 4 rooms. We were given a single fan and eventually had to procure a second fan and a dehumidifier as the carpets were still wet after a week. I had a professional company come in and clean the carpets a few months later as we could not get rid of the mildew smell. No other resources were offered to support us after the flood. 3. Have had 3 months of insurance penalty charges to my account, despite the fact that my renters insurance is on file through the rest of my lease. I'm confident the team will fix this, but a little annoying to constantly email proof of insurance to the main office. Overall, although the place is not as nice as it was a few years ago, would recommend for any young folks living or working in the area! Shoutout to Sydney in the front office as she is quick to respond and very respectful!

First of all the management is incredibly rude and unhelpful. There are many negatives about this place. The security gate has been broken for over a month and I don’t feel as safe as before. Parking is a nightmare. I have heard about cars being towed out of paid ports. That is unacceptable. Lastly The common area in the middle always has trash and is never clean. I even saw vomit on the stairs once. This once nice complex is going downhill.

I love living here! This was my first time living in an apartment as a college student and ti has been a great experience! I have never had any trouble with noise! It is very quiet and calm. It always feels safe! The employees that work in the complex are very kind and understanding and very easy to work with. We have had a few maintenance issues in our apartment since moving in last July and we never have had to wait a prolonged period of time to get our issue fixed. They updated the workout facilities just after we moved in and it is great! You get 24 hour access with a lot of really great equipment! If you are looking for an apartment as a college student I would highly recommend it! It is reasonably priced and has a lot of good qualities to it! I attend IUPUI and it is a 10-15 commute depending on the traffic. Great area, great apartment complex!
