Just keep your doors locked, and make sure the laundry room door has a lock. Don’t leave laundry if it’s done, it’s cheap and that’s real nice but you get what you pay for, it’s livable for sure but don’t expect much from management. Place smells of stale cig smoke pretty bad, very lenient on pets as long as the pet owner is responsible. Laundry room is trife

My rating is mostly attributed to the management company of the property. The rent you pay is nowhere close to the value of the property, and the building is falling apart. My doors are all falling off the hinges because of rotting wood, my kitchen reeks of mold from a leak above my unit that STILL has not been fixed (they left a hole in the ceiling, and you can see into my kitchen from the basement which I dont have access to, but the maintenance men do), I've seen tenants poop in the back parking lot, I went 4 days when I first moved in without a working fridge even though that's the first thing I requested be fixed (I lost all of my refrigerated items and had to basically eat take-out with my kids for 4 days, which I hadn't budgeted for), I've been harrassed by homeless people sleeping in the hallway to the laundry room, me and my 3 year old children were locked in my apartment after requesting someone fix the only door in and out of the apartment a week prior. This place is a joke. Unless you just have money to waste, leasing here is not a good idea. All they want is your money and they do below the bare minimum to actually take care of the complex. They are all nice to your face, but are a bunch of do-nothings. They completely fix the definition of slum lords. Avoid this apartment and Barret Asset Management at all costs. Also, they'll tell you to contact them to make things right or that you should just file a request online, but they just aparently ignore things they don't want to address. I have called, texted, filled out online request, left voicemails, even had the health department call them, but they still continuously ignore my request to speak with them and/or have my issues resolved.

I just signed up to move in there August 1st. The apartment manager was extremely helpful in helping get me in there and worked with me on the move-in date. The apartment is amazing & has been completely remodeled. I love it. They have done nothing but work with me from the first time I called them. They are great so far. I hope living there is as pleasant as the process of getting to live there has been. I'll keep ya posted.

Cute details inside apartment. Near 38th which is sketchy. Private parking needs repaving bad. Professional and friendly management and maintenance. Very helpful.

I got in without an app fee because they were running a special. But generally yes. They may be running specials still. U should just call & ask. Ask for Brittany or Amy.
No they don't have wifi
You will need to call and talk with Brittany. Your situation may be a special circumstance.
Hello, we are very sorry you feel that way the apartment has not been re-rented and is still being occupied by the original tenant. Also, we can reassure you that your mother had spoken to our office staff and notified them of her fall and we have discussed the incident with her and it was resolved.
