Good location. Helpful staff. but the property is poorly maintained. We have overhead stringed lights outside of our apartment. Conveniently they are turned on in all of the brochures and ad pictures, but have never actually turned on once since I’ve lived here. Basic landscaping is almost non-existent and the communal trash cans outside our apartment have legitimately not been emptied for months. Maintenance requests are also not handled in a timely manner. We pay $150 for parking but the complex opens up the garages to the public for games and events. The garages fill up. We either don’t have parking spots or are forced to park at another garage on site nowhere near our apartment. Location and friendly staff are not nearly enough to justify the price or staying here. There are much better options.

I can say after living here for 7 months, there are good things and bad things. The apartments are really nice. I've never had to call maintenance once because nothing has broken. It's in a really great area. The amenities are great (even though I don't really use them). My biggest complaint is that my upstairs neighbor has a dog that is very very loud. However, the property staff took measures to try to come to a solution. At this point, they have offered to let me move units to a top floor unit to decrease the amount of noise. I really appreciate the steps they have taken to address this issue. One other complaint I have is the package situation. There is a package room where the delivery drivers will drop off your packages. They should scan it in so you get a code, but the Amazon delivery drivers never do that. For you to get access to your package, you have to email or visit the office for them to send you a new code or let you in. It's more of an inconvenience I wish wasn't there, but at the most you have to wait an extra day to get your packages. I appreciate the steps the staff have taken to make my stay here comfortable.

CityWay is a great community with an awesome leasing staff! There are so many amenities that provide convenience, the fitness centers are always clean and the pool is such a fun spot to hang out at in the summer. It's the best option for downtown Indy living!

I love CityWay staff. They have always been attentive, welcoming and helpful. The maintenance team is responsive and always polite. I have always felt safe and secure while walking my dog within the complex. There are several courtesy officers living on the property which adds an additional level of comfort to the residents. During the summer and fall, you can not ask for a more beautifully landscape living space. When people think of downtown living being a concrete jungle, not at CityWay, they meticulously planned the landscaping to make the residents feel as though they are living in a park. I highly recommend this complex if you are looking for a downtown apartment.
