I LOVE LIVING HERE! this place is amazing! So quiet no tweakers everyone is so nice! My car is always safe never broken into. Sad I can't use pools but other than that best place to live! Also walls are thick can't hear anything!

Able to just recently land a lease at Northgreen Apartments, I have been working with the on-site property manager, Damon. He has been great! Not only is he detailed oriented, he is down to earth and willing to help. I am very pleased with my experience so far and from what I can see, I only expect more of the same for the foreseeable future.

I did my research on the area before I moved in and it has not disappointed me. Safety was a big issue for me and it has been that. Quiet is an understatement. The staff are excellent and when there are repairs needed, they are prompt and efficient. The grounds are kept up very well, including the parking lot and garbage area. I wrote down all the positive points and compared them to other locations. Northgreen could not be beat! The fireplace, view from my back patio onto the golf course, my bedroom is located in the back, (not in the front where cars drive by) the pools, neighboring area (safe to walk) and yes, even my barn door that slides open to the living room. It is a great place to live and I enjoy coming home every day to my beautiful home. Thanks Northgreen. You all rock! I have lived here a little over a year and have not regretted the move. Great, central location in Eugene. Close to Gateway, pivotal area to local stores.
