Very nice front desk lady. She has to let you in. Security. Room was too small for me. On wait list 2 years.

Management often comes off as uncaring and can come across as 'curt' when speaking with family or residents. Seems like management cares more about meeting corporate standards than the livelihood and care of the lovely people living here. The residents are what make this place beautiful with decorations and committees that manage the decisions and the grounds.

A household is permitted to have one furbearing pet up to 25lbs provided that they are spayed/neutered (if over 6mo old) and be up to date on their inoculations or a household may have two small caged pets.
Get on the waiting list as early as you can. My mother waited almost two years. She loves it there.
