A guy came in the store and started complaining about a vacuum he bought there 2 years ago used, treating the gentleman behind the counter really badly. The guy left and the worker turned to me with a very upbeat positive attitude. He fixed both minor problems on my two vacuums within five minutes and decided to not charge me for the small fix. This guy was so kind and knowledgeable. Not only did he fix it, he gave me pointers on how to avoid the issues in the future. I highly recommend the amazing service this business provides. I am definitely going to send people their way. 5 stars!

I was so worried that I had ruined my sewing machine from a rookie mistake but I brought it into river road sew and vac and he was able to fix it so quickly and without any judgment!! I even forgot my pedal and he was still able to fix my machine. It is now working even better than it was before!!
