Always prompt and easy to deal with. Power has never gone out in 4 years. My water meter sprung a hugely and they were out to fix it the same day. I utilized their window loan program to install new windows. Excellent work! Also give the EWEB building to the science center please.

They do not care about customers. They have a monopoly and they know it. It should be outlawed to have a monopoly like this. They will randomly charge you a bill 3x a normal bill and randomly have 3 different excuses as to why?? I signed up for a smart meter so they have no excuse next time to say it was a meter reader coming late (and that’s our fault how? We should have to pay a bill 3x our normal because you just guessed and decided not to even notify people this was happening? WHILE you weren’t sending bills out because of a system error+ Mail error?) Reporting the shenanigans I’m seeing to BBB and anyone else I need to. And probably taking them to court honestly, we’ve been getting ripped off over and over and can’t take it anymore. I hope beyond all hope that EWEB and every monopoly’s day of reckoning is coming.

The customer service representatives are as nice as can be. They just seem very high in my opinion. I lived in Springfield and i paid about $200 less a month in utilities and its 15mins away. Updating again. $400 a month utility bill after we turned our power completely off for 10 days. Like turned the breaker off. I’ll be doing this again recording it and taking EWEB to court for fraudulent charges. I would bet they are stealing thousands from homeowners and renters. Shame they say it’s a community. Wish we could get some competition to offset these outrages charges. Moving to a new building during after 2 years of a pandemic shows they are not about the community but want bigger office windows. Shame on EWEB. THIS COMPANY IS CHARGING WAYYY TO MUCH SOMEBODY NEEDS TO GET THIS MONOPOLY OUT OF HERE.

Closed except to make payment at Dropbox... Night security harasses us in our tents by 'brighting" and talking stuff to others by phone making it loud and obvious... Sitting at the entrance with bright lights on our tent... Great security company agitating the unhoused. UPDATE EWEB CLOSED THIS BUILDING AND SOLD IT TO THE SCIENCE MUSEUM. BYE BYE FOUNTAIN... ITS GONNA BE A PLANETARIUM. SECURITY HAS THIS WHOLE PLACE ON LOCKDOWN. WE LIVE IN THE TENT ACROSS THE STREET. YOU CANT GET WATER FROM THE FAUCET WITHOUT HAVING SECURITY DRIVE UP ON YOU. BUT THEY CAN HARASS THE UNHOUSED OFF THERE PROPERTY. BECAUSE ONE OF THE A$$GHOLE GUARDS IS A OFF DUTY POLICE OFFICER.

If you have a social security number and can be located in trans union than no.
The building shows it is temporarily closed due to the pandemic.. you can still pay your bill at the drop box. They have not moved. I still see employees arriving at work. I am the tent across from the EWEB parking lot...
Not sure if they would do this. What do you want to test it for? Ph test kits can be bought at garden stores. Heavy metals you can buy one online
Online is the fastest way to view your bill.
