DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!!! OR ANYWHERE OWNED BY UMBRELLA PROPERTIES!!!!!! do not do it!!!!! They are the WORST!!!! we moved out TWO months ago and have not gotten our deposit back. We called Crossings and they said we have to talk to Umbrella, so we call and they said they have an ESTIMATE for us but didn't send it because they don't have a forwarding address for us - which we DID give to the Crossings when we turned in our keys. All in all, Umbrella Properties will blame the dumbdumbs at Crossings and the Crossings employees will blame Umbrella. . This place is the most dishonest company. Do not rent from them. Would rather live in a dumpster than deal with these Selfish Jerks!!! Edit - finally received the check ... $94 of $800 was returned for things like the drip pans which I literally brought in BRAND NEW ones 😑 and ridiculous cleaning fees even though i spent 2 days cleaning it top to bottom & cleaning is considered routine maintenance if they do it for every unit (which they do) the charged us for dirty blinds which is certainly listed as 'normal wear & tear' on many reference sites. Anyways, don't expect to get much of a deposit back, if any at all. And you might as well skip the deep cleaning since they will charge you for it anyways 👌

I have lived there twice with no big issues with my two dogs a while ago. I called looking for an apartment and apparently they have new management with stricter pet policy. The woman on the phone suggested I re-home my dogs to live there rather than be sympathetic and say sorry it's our new policy. We ended up buying a house and will no longer have to deal with anyone like that. Its clear its ALL about money. Thank you for the motivation to purchase...inconsiderate b**ch

I feel bad that so many people have had a bad experience here. To complain about kids I think is ridiculous - it's their home too. And we've never had homeless people bothering us or sleeping on our lawns, and never have had problems with bugs (bedbugs, fleas, etc). I like the location. There are two parks nearby, as well as Winco. It doesn't feel crowded and my neighbors are great. We had an extreme situation requiring we move in right away and needed some special accommodations and they were absolutely wonderful with helping us, which I am extremely grateful for (several other rental companies refused to help us and didn't even pretend to care). They have also been very accommodating with my service dog. We had a small issue with our dryer and the maintenance personnel came out within a couple of hours to fix it. I think the rent itself is a little pricey, but that's more a problem with the Pacific NW/Eugene than the apartment complex itself. If you try to get cheaper rent, you're going to live downtown/by campus and the crime there is horrible, so I prefer living here. I wish that the units came with air conditioning, but other than that I can't complain. I am planning on renewing my lease here for another year.

I lived in this Apartments for a year until I got a noticed on my front door explaining they were going raise the rent. I had to 2 options I could sign for another 12 month and pay an extra $110 a month or since Oregon changed Rent Law. The Landlord must offer month by month that would've of cost me an extra $170 a month, but the starting price for these apartments are $850 1 bedroom and $950 for a 2 bedroom but when you add $55 electric/garbage, $15 reserved parking spot, $25 pet fee, storage unit etc. Your looking at over 1,000 a month and they tell you are getting a Luxury Apartment that is such a lie, When you they take a tour to the Model/Demo Apartment onsite its nothing like what I received. I will explain the lights didn't turn on when I walked into a room and I noticed the demo had updated fixtures like new wooden cabinets, closet doors and other things. Don't even get me started with the pool its open seasonally and parents don't supervise their children and majority of the time people from different apartment complexes across the street try to sneak in and use it.
