Took my three boys in here around 4pm. A middle aged man with gray hair was tending the front desk. I was happy and my kids were excited. The guy nonchalantly looked up and gave my boys the dirtiest look. To look at a kid like that in front of his father was frankly stunning. He then went back to whatever task he was doing for another full minute before looking up at me and saying "how many?" Not even a basic hello. Literally zero courtesy. He then didn't have the correct shoes and basically told my son to deal with it because its "all he has" or words to those effect. The pins were also malfunctioning, so I had to go ask him to reset it. He gave me pretty much the same emotion as earlier and went and fixed the issue. My kids have the 1pass so unless I want to lose some of its benefits I'm going to have to return. I will NOT be going at the time this awful gentleman was working. I understand that this pass brings in a lot of kids. But to this gentleman and to the owner of Emerald Lanes, I would urge you to re-evaluate your participation in the 1pass program.

Good place to go bowling, and closest bowling place to downtown Eugene. They have a small kitchen with food, and drinks, including alcohol. The bathrooms are a little small though.
