Rented from Bell the last 4.5 years and have had no problems. My property manager has been nice and they've generally been quick to respond to any maintenance requests I've had. (Found this review years later, they never gave me my deposit back)

Same type of rental company as most. Minimal/temp fixes on most major issues. Severely unprofessional maintenance.(caulked ceiling fan cover to the ceiling and left the site filthy for us to clean up. Left our door completely unlocked after a mandatory "inspection" that we were both at working during. (Severely unprofessional) Left apartment cleaner than when we moved in and was still charged $200 for cleaning. Just the usual milk you until the next occupant. Good response times. Nothing I hadn't expected. Just thought I'd let y'all know. Chances are you take what you can get in the rental market so this may not affect your decision at the end of the day but I wouldn't expect an ounce of humanity.

Also this is the worry time to move here because the students from the University are returning and they take a big chuck of the rentals..Tracy U can try Bell or Jennings rental companies but your best bet is to take a day to enroll at LCC Lane Community College for a simple course in anything super cheap most of the time free and you'll be considered a student and your list of properties to rent from will triple and you'll get a big discount! Hope this helps.
