This place is forcking cool. I love working here. Everyone here is awesome and there is such a diverse group of co-workers. These people are beautiful. Depending on your experience level in the work field, you may find it easy to work here or hard. I find it easy and I'm greatful for that.

The good news: they'll hire anyone. The bad news: there's a reason for that. You will: write your own schedule, call in each day you're scheduled to see if you even work that day, administer misleading push polls and not know who you're polling for, take a week off basically whenever you feel like, smell a lot of pot, have people call you nasty things over the phone. You will not: know how much money you are making this month, get over the bid rate on a regular basis, be drug tested, wear a uniform, work mornings more than once a week. You may: have a supervisor prank call your house, be exposed to tuberculosis, experience mental breakdown, have someone blow an airhorn over the phone into your headset. But hey, it's a job. Good luck!

I just finished working here literally early today, so I wanted to share my personal experience here for anyone looking to potentially work for them! The job itself is super easy if you're somebody that can read quickly/easily out-loud, when you've never read the text before. I personally didn't get a lot of people on the phone who were SUPER rude, but I definitely know people who got a lot of them so you have to consider how you'll handle that before applying. There's also like 300 employees so it's very individual and it seemed like if you want to get a major promotion to being a supervisor you have to make an effort to get to know upper management on your own, they aren't going to pick you out of the group to get promoted if they don't know you. I worked here for around 6-7 months and at the beginning it was fine, but it is VERY DRAINING. I ended up dreading going, just because you're just sitting in a cubicle for multiple hours and it is very, very slow-paced. Major plus: I saw a lot of trans people working there and being trans myself, it was very comforting and boosted my morale to know that the people in charging of hiring aren't discriminating against people based on gender identity. My coworkers were nice and the bosses were pretty nice as well, the work itself is just very draining and you are required to work on the weekends no matter what, which I didn't like. You also have to call in everyday to see if you have to go in to work, which caused a lot of scheduling conflicts, like I couldn't go to school and then just go to work I had to get out of class an hour and a half before my shift to make sure I could call in on time. Hopefully this is helpful to someone looking into working here. It's a good opportunity for people with little or no job experience and they give lots of people jobs which is great. There are lots of plus sides to working here but there are a lot of things you have to consider, if that makes sense. A lot of people I know really hated working here and were really adamant about anyone working there, and I disagree, there are a lot of people who have been working there for 20 something years. This job is just not for everyone, including myself! Good luck! :)

I have been an employee since June 2004. Great job. Only stress is during political season. Understanding & considerate supervisors. Incentive pay rate. Management has changed & is currently the BEST! But it has always been good. Grateful to work there.
