I was torn between 2 and 3 stars for my experience but since they refuse to give you the benefit of the doubt or any leeway in their bureaucratic policies, I will respond in kind. I enjoyed the year I spent here and didn’t have any problems or concerns. Unfortunately I had some personal issues arise near the end of my lease and fell behind on the last month of rent. Their egregious late fees and “no partial payments” made it impossible to keep up. I had already signed a notice to vacate. Despite this, rather than work with me they filed eviction. I was not evicted because I still moved out on the agreed upon date with the exorbitant balance owed. I guess the past 12 months of being a good tenant doesn’t mean anything to them. All I asked for is just a bit of lenience in a time of need to be able to keep up on the late fees and move out on good terms. You will be fine here if you don’t have any financial troubles arise. Otherwise, good luck. Edit to response: Your payment plan is a joke. Also, it’s a blatant lie I owed since March when I moved out in June, I would have been evicted by then. Way to try and make me out to seem like the bad guy instead of owning the criticism. You would have been paid by now had you not drowned me in arbitrary debt.

Manuel is the best maintenance man! He is caring and always does the best job! I lost my fiancé almost 2 months ago. When I was on my way back from getting my hair done for Greggys funeral the tire on my bicycle exploded. A few weeks later Manuel came to fix a few things in my apartment. He noticed my bike down stairs broken down and ask me about what happened. I told him and he offered to give me a bicycle that was in the maintenance shed. He said no one was using it and that I could have it! This may seem like a small thing to others but for me this was a true God given blessing. Now I am able to get out the house instead of sitting in the house sad about my loss. I was also able to get two jobs within biking distance which is huge for me since I hadn't been working since I lost Greggy. To Manuel I would like to say muy gracias mi amigo. Eres el mejor y realmente te aprecio!

I have lived here since 2017 and I LOVED IT until 2019 when Ardizzone Home group took over. I am very disappointed in the new management. When renovations happened I wasn't given wood flooring or upgrades but still paid the regular market price for my unit. Even though I spoke with the previous management and they said I would get wood flooring if I renewed last year. I Did NOT*** The office staff is very disrespectful and have made this past year Difficult for me. I have called several times and they block and ignore calls until I call from unknown or have a friend call them from their phone. all they do is lie and make excuses and try and force you into a new lease. I wanted to renew my lease under the condition that I would get wood flooring installed like the rest of the entire complex and was told they needed to do and "inspection" to check the carpet ( WHICH THEY PLAN ON REMOVING ANYWAY ONCE I LEAVE). They said that if the carpet was bad they would replace it which makes no sense. If I were to renew I could potentially not have wood floors but still pay the market rate of $899??? All in all the upgrades are nice (barely, because they are rushed and the finishing on my apt wasn't complete) but small for the price. The management is terrible and they just care about money. During the pandemic when I lost my job they were VERY RELUCTANT to even help me out with a payment arrangement and Seth in the front office even tried to add a load of additional late fees to my account Then he magically realized where all the additional fees came from and removed them. They literally do whatever they want with no consequence. I have called HR to report Seth and Jessica who both are condescending and flat our unprofessional in the front office to no avail. They lie about policy and try and force you to renew your lease by giving you only 2 weeks to decide if you want to pay. Honestly its not worth living here if you want to be micromanaged and disrespected, lights aren't working in the parking lot and haven't been for months. I rarely have access to amenities like the pool just opened and is only open during business hours when most people have day jobs. Management does not care about the people who live here. trust and believe the reviews in this past year alone. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!
