My family and I are staying here temporarily because our house caught on fire, and when I told the manager in the office our situation they worked quickly to get us into an apartment. Its a very nice and clean apartment complex. My only complaints are 1) the one dumpster in the whole complex is completely overflowing, but I heard they are trying to fix it. They also have a trash valet service so thats a plus! 2) I would say, at least in our particular building, its not super kid friendly.. We had a complaint already on us for our kids playing OUTSIDE in the common area of the apartment building. They weren’t even loud and we just moved in and they’ve never even been in an apartment before! So they’re still getting used to the rules of an apartment. Which I wish the office would’ve handled it better because the blame was put on us for “not controlling our kids.”

PROS Quiet place, pool, fitness center, safe, and convenient to Eagle Creek Park. Lived here 2 years goin on 3, the maintence here has improved a lot the company has friendly staff. Con 1 dumpster in the whole neighborhood (tends to get overfilled every now and then) Con to go to and from the neighborhood you drive on multiple potholes (but they're working on fixing that) Do with that info as you see fit, but these are decent apartments for what you pay.

I had a great experience with The Park at Eagle Creek Apartments office staff. Very friendly, professional, informative and quick! The moving in process was very easy and smooth with great communication going on which made it a very stress free move in. I highly recommend moving into these apartments, a very nice, quiet neighborhood with an excellent office staff.

I paid the $250 application fee and was approved and then got four different emails each one changing my move in date. I tried to call and no one ever answered, I went into the office and no one was ever there, finally they emailed back and said their phones were broken and kept asking me to send the same documents after I had already sent them. Horrible experience and a waste of time, I had to find somewhere else to live on short notice because of this. And now I’m out $250 which they won’t repay even though I did everything I was supposed to do. Horrible customer service and unprofessional.
