If I could leave zero stars I would. Dr. Bloch in the ER is very incompetent and released my husband in severe pain. The whole staff lied to us multiple times and would not help us at all. His first visit, he could not get so much as an ice pack, water, or blanket. Needless to say we ended up in St Mary’s hospital the next day and he was admitted immediately due to his excruciating pain and symptom history. Amazing how it took us going to a completely different location to actually get some decent care. In addition when trying to make a complaint to their HR department I was able to get nowhere several times. So it seems the only way for me to voice my frustration is through this platform, I really hope someone sees this and something can change about this hospital, if not at least deter people from seeking care there.

It’s just horrible. Poor management. Waiting time 3 hours. I just needed rib X-rays . What a horrendous experience.

ER Staff were very attentive and friendly, professional, I can't say enough about Dr. Irving and the rest of the nursing staff on night shift 08/21 8/22/2022. Just Excellent care for my mother during a scary moment. A very heart felt thank you!

Milford Hospital Very poor staff make you wait in emergency room then tell you only 1 immediate family member per 1 day can see their 94 year old Mother If something happens to her and passes I will sue this Hospital with all my resources This is ridiculous and staff notify you after you arrive and wait. 6 months or so 2021 we were both allowed my sister was allowed in but I wasn't Insanity rules Stat away from this place if your smart.
