The receptionist asked for my ID...took a photo of it on her phone and took my method of payment before even filling any forms out. They said my card was not accepted even though weeks ago they confirmed they take that method of payment. Why would you abruptly just take my credit card without going over the fee...let alone actually being seen by a professional. To respond to the below: Ipads are in the form of a cell phones? A cell phone was used to take a photo of my ID. Without any communication or me filing out any forms ahead of time. I will not be wasting my time any further. I would never recommend this office. If you're this shady and unprepared for a patient in the front of the house...I cannot imagine how you function in the back.

The pricing varies on various factors including age,current condition of skin, the treatment plan and the number of lines being used in that area.
