If you want to pay too much for negligent landlords and maintenance staff, this is the place for you.. I was here only a matter of days before the AC broke (cooling 1° or less in a matter of hours/ran constantly without cooling) and was told somebody would be by to take a look. After several no shows and attempts to set up a day and time, in 90° weather no less, I had to shell out $400 for a unit myself a week later. They never provided any options, never offered a window unit or anything. Did I mention I’ve only been here a week? Tis’ utterly shameful how they treat tenants😡100/10 wouldn’t recommend.. Steer clear

I have been here for 3 years and I HATE IT HERE !! The longer I stay the more I hate it. I will be leaving once my lease is up. I was just told that MOLD isn’t an emergency !!! I also have two leaks in my bathroom. I called One week ago and got no response. Called back again and staff said they will notify maintenance and label it an emergency. It’s been a week and now I’m being told my issue isn’t an emergency!!!! DO NOT , I REPEAT DO NOT sign a contract here.

Apartment quality is very poor for the pricing. Tub was peeling my first week, no smoke alarm for two months. A maintenance request will take 3 to 4 weeks to be completed no matter the seriousness. They truly don’t care about residents at all. They will let your bills accumulate monthly and wont notify you if you are paying the wrong or right amount so late fees and be added. I truly recommend a person to come here only as a last resort, not worth the headache.
