My husband came to this location this evening. He was informed as he went to order that they had “no food” no chicken, no beef etc.. one of the employees told him they were told they couldn’t cook anything! 😳. He said the employees were just sitting around. Why even open and allow customers I. If you’re not cooking or serving anyone? Qdoba get together different location but continue issue and poor customer service!!!

I got a huge burrito. Quite tasty. Service is good. No line when I was there. Clean store. Seats are uncomfortable, but it's not a place to linger. Designed for lunch rush crowds.

The most unprofessional service I have ever experienced, ordered over $70 for a lunch order , came to pick up and nothing was ready extremely rude counter girl stated they were not excepting online orders, even though we had already paid. Told us we have to wait 5 days for a refund and refused to make the order even though I could show them it was paid and what the order was

This was the worse Qdoba EVER! Let's start with the order; this was an online order that was supposed to be ready for pick-up at 20:37. I was in the store until 20:50! The store was filthy! The floor was tacky and the food prep area was worse! It appeared that no one had been performing any secondary duties; good housekeeping practices. The ventilation wasn't working properly. It was very smoky in the establishment. I had to ask about my order three different times before my items were ready. The food was flavorless and barely above room temperature. The toppings that I requested were almost absent. I won't ever dine here, again. I watched every customer that was in line be served while I stood there, waiting... Great customer service...
