I placed a DoorDash order and tried to add salad dressing, but it's not in the menu. So I messaged the driver and asked them to ask for it when they picked up the order. Apparently customer serviced refused to give it to the driver and said that there was nothing that they could do. I'm not one to complain, but this is pretty terrible customer service. Especially for a no charge item.

Unacceptable service and management. Food quality is usually not the problem at this location but rather the ability to get an order correct is next to nonexistent, and the staff will decide to just have a meeting randomly throughout the day during prime business hours, and then refuse to make food for walk ins, but rather require you to go back outside and place a pickup order and then wait for it. On top of this, they don't put up signage or tell you this, I had another customer tell me after I waited in line pointlessly, all while four employees sat at a table and had a "meeting" during prime lunch hours. I don't know how a management staff could possibly take every employee in the store except the one at the counter off the job at LUNCH TIME to have a meeting, but that's the level of ineptness to be found at this location.

I came up to the counter and stood there for at least five minutes. The staff was rooting around the food prep around. They didn't greet me or acknowledge me. They just left me standing there. No one bothered to wait on me. With this type of customer service, or rather, the lack of it, hopefully they will be closing their doors soon.

Miserable workers are going to be miserable workers. Food is trash. Customer service is unprofessional and poor. Mathew the manager is extremely unprofessional because his job sucks. The employees lie in your face. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend anyone dine here. They can’t even present their food to look appetizing. Lol
