Costco Hearing center at king of prussia changed staff sometime late last year. Previous staff was Attentive, customer centric and polite. We were extremely happy with our servicing and care that was provided. Considering the exceptional customer service we received for over 10+ years, we decided to get another pair of hearing aid from costco. New staff could use some lessons in customer service. Have interacted with them at few occasions recently to service hearing aid and each time it has been extremely impolite and rude interactiion. Costco prides its loyalty with members. Loyalty is is also due to employee behavior with customers. At Other departments at this location, costco staff is extremely helpful. Hearing center staff could use some coaching on customer service that aligns with Costco standards. I will definitely not be going back to hearing center.

It took me years of shouting and repeating myself to finally convince my mother to get hearing aids. We had heard good things about Costco's hearing aids so we spent the money. They are worthless. Don't waste your time, folks. She still can't hear anything, and I'm hoarse from shouting.

Really really superb service by a very knowledgeable professional. I’ve been a hearing aid wearer for a number of years and been to professionals in three countries but this was top of the line service and knowledge. This guy knows what he’s doing. And his doing it in a very customer oriented way.
