Nice front desk staff. Loud, no room service, parking is awful. Asked for a different room and they said they were booked. 2 star hotel

Hotel is relatively nice. Unfortunately the Saturday night we stayed there were groups of young kids screaming while rubbing up and down the hallways. Room size is nice, but towels were dirty (see pic) and bedding had what looked like burn holes in the underside. The shower also has an odd half glass “door” that doesn’t move, so you can’t actually close off the shower from the rest of the bathroom. Tried to use the hot tub around 9:30am and the jets were not working. They water was always a murky greenish color and there were mosquitoes all over the floor with trash, hair, and other items. I had also requested late checkout while checking in and when I called to confirm they had this on file around 10:30am they said they had no record of it, but accommodated the request. Overall it was okay, but probably wouldn’t stay here again.
