If the total value of the unopened set is under $200, you can return your unopened LEGO set to any of our LEGO Brand Retail stores with your original shipping confirmation email or receipt dated within 90 days, and we'll give you a full refund in form of store credit or a gift card. If your unopened set is over $200, simply return your unopened LEGO set to the address listed on your packing slip.

Yes, it's first come first serve

On my visit there was minimal traffic at the store. Definitely has a restriction for the number of people at the store, along with the infrastructure for people to line up when the store is at capacity. All staff were wearing masks and are likely required to enter the store. Safety shields are installed at the counter and signage on the floor encouraging social distancing.

They dont at the moment. They removed everything due to the virus.

The store in King of Prussia gets new stock every Thursday. It is a strong possibility they have it. But you should call first to save an unnecessary trip if they don't. However you could order it on Lego.com.
