It is very sad because I truly wanted to like this place and honestly I could say numerous good things about their food, but the reason for the 1 star is the service and front management. I own and operate multiple companies as well as back in the day worked in the service industry so I know how it works. Our server was never to be found the entire time. Got our order wrong as well. Never got a refill on drinks at the table. The margarita was TERRIBLE cheap liquor mixed with way too much triple sec. I DID tell my server I did not like it a 12 dollar margarita I took a sip of and he's only response was "sorry" my husband when he went to pay brought it to Rigo's attention at the front desk even showed him how the glass is completely full, he refused to take it off the bill and the thing is, my husband asked for 5 dollars off the 12 dollar total drink and he would put it towards the servers tip (even though we didn't get good service) and he still refused! The floor is littered with food everywhere. And if you're going to charge people 1.50 per basket of chips 1. Don't have people just ask "do you want more chips" they should say "I will be charging you for chips." And 2. If you're going to charge us for chips can't you at least make some fresh, hot good ones? I travel a lot and as I said I would have mentioned some of the food but overall the service experience turned me so far off I would never come here again while traveling through.

The food was great. However, we ordered a pitcher of margaritas, and it came out frozen, which wasn’t too big of a deal. The problem comes in when it tasted like strawberry shaved ice, barely a hint of tequila, and costing $22. This is not what I expected for such a steep price.

The food is decent, but they constantly leave guac and sour cream off (this round they left out the guac and hardly gave me any SC), the chips are always stale, and the queso dip is always watery. The fact that it's fairly pricy and they charge an additional fee for carry-out adds extra salt to the wound. Last time we risk spending our money here.

I go to this restaurant at least once a month as a special treat. The customer service tends to be slightly lacking, and that's why I dropped 1 star, but 4 stars are well earned for the quality of the food (especially providing platters that are NOT overly greasy), good value for the quantity of food received, and for the speed with which platters are made & brought out to the table. This restaurant replaced Los Rancheros as my favorite low-cost Mexican dine-in! I just wish they could expand space so that people don't have to sit so close together.

During summer they had a lot of outside seating on the patio. There is plenty of space indoors and is a clean restaurant.
No they don't
yes they are
