We showed up at 11pm to check-in but we couldn't due to the check-in system synchronization. The person at front desk told us that it was going to take up to 45min... we were only able to check-in at 2am in the morning. And then at 11am they called us to tell us that we had to check out. So basically we paid +$250 just for 8hrs.

The hotel location is very accessible and you can conveniently get to most major destinations easily. The rooms are very comfortable, spacious with good and functional kitchen. The staff are also very friendly and proactive.

Room key Cards were constantly not working despite multiple replacements in just a day. Some staff were very rude and had no respect for privacy or interacting with guests in a respectful manner. Also very loud with constant noise from the lobby given the poor room placement. If there weren't 4 floors with obvious vacant rooms I might forgive their lack of options to accommodate guests. Unfortunately the comfort or expectation of a polite respectful employee interaction doesn't seem to be a priority or even a service offered by this establishment.Although this has been my experience recently I will say In all my previous visits spanning the last 6+ years this was a great location. AVOID

My wife and I have had some drastic changes in our lives recently, mostly unforeseen. As we work to establish a new foundation and business we have had to travel for quite some time now staying in hotels, even when in our hometown and we came across ESA in Lynnwood. Hands down it’s like night and day from another location not far from this one. Everything from amenities, to cleanliness, to the hotel staff…especially the staff I should say. They’ve all been great, and it is definitely a noticeable difference. The front desk has been spot on as a whole although, there is one staff member in particular, Joan at the front desk, that has gone above and beyond her job description to help make a very stressful time In life just a little less stressful. She has taken the the necessary steps and time to make sure our stay was, and is, as good as can be during this time and has been very understanding during a few problematic issues that came about within our lives , and staying within company policies as well. Finding time and ways to make things work, all the while maintaining a professionalism and a smile. I guarantee if other employees at other properties were to adhere to this level of hospitality as a standard ( not easy I know) guests moral and overall stay would be a lot more pleasant. Especially during a not so pleasant time in ones life. Thank you.

No....just 2 stove tops
U should have rec. an email with ur itenerary confirming ur booking, but like Agape said..call the hotel to confirm.
