Had issues with peephole that never got resolved and as someone that is single and a women and lives by themselves, I thought it would get resolved right away. The first time I had to use nail polish remover, second time w/ paint u guys were fast, but now it was in in faulty and doesn't work anymore and no one has resolved issue even though I called.

The Maintenance is always doing a good job. Mayra is always helpful. This is a great place to live. yeah Mayra! I'm proud to live here

Question Authority

Management sucks. Very unprofessional and they will infringe upon your rights. If you find they have acted against you with a discrimination I would advise you to contact HUD or your Washington State human rights commissioner and file a complaint.

For five years, I referred to this complex as home! I did not have issues with management, my neighbors or my living space! The few times I needed to have maintenance come to my place, they responded in a reasonable amount of times and completed the repairs. The complex is close to shopping, the library, the transit center and so much more!
