Got a bed frame from them at the beginning of Covid. Wood ended up being hard to get so bed frame took a lot longer than expected, however they kept me updated and informed and I came to find out that the bed frame is custom made and instead of using inferior materials just to get me out of their hair, they waited for the right materials to do it right. Would definitely go back here if I needed another bed frame!

Great experience buying our dining table and bedroom furniture set here. Damian helped us out with our orders. Due to ongoing supply chain issues, we knew we’d have to wait a while for our furniture to arrive and Damian did a great job with communication and keeping us up to date on the order status. Once the bed was delivered and assembled, we noticed that one of the footboard drawers was not closing properly which the owner came and fixed within a few days. The dining table took much longer than initially expected (6 weeks -> 5 months) , but we liked it so much that we chose to wait and we are happy that we did. Damian and the store’s overall customer service more than made up for it. Based on our experience and finding what we liked, we’d recommend Josh Underhills over the other furniture stores around here.

Went in first stop to check out dining tables. Visited 6 other locations that day! Came back to Underhill's the following day to buy what I liked. They remembered me from the day before! I asked for delivery and they said same day between 6-9 pm! Delivery guys came and built my dining room table and were friendly and great! 100% for these guys! From sales to service to delivery - all supurb! Definitely recommend!

By far the best furniture shopping experience we have had. Went to a number of different 'well known' stores where we were borderline stalked upon stepping into the building - Two even went as far as requesting our names be written down before touring. (Our first thought was that this was a COVID protocol, which would have been fine, but they only requested our first name with no means of contacting us in case of anything.) At Josh Underhills we were offered help, and upon mentioning that we were just browsing we were left alone. The wood tables were high quality & we decided to bite the bullet on one. We got it the next day and while trying to put it together I broke a piece in half while trying to get two things shoved together. I was fairly upset and called in to see what the options were. They had me come on down and they were going to just order me a new piece as they only had the floor model - but it was going to take 4 weeks to get in. They immediately asked if I'd rather have them take a part the floor model & give me their spare part. I was glad I didn't have to wait 4 weeks for a little piece & was appreciative of them bending over backwards for me! A+ for good support while shopping and an even bigger A++ for post purchase support. They could've easily said it'd be a 4 week wait. The next day my sister-in-law went in & bought a couch.
