Do yourself a favor and avoid their complete lack in customer service. I highly recommend going anywhere else for your medication needs!

If I could leave more stars, I would. This pharmacy is amazing. It's such a pleasure to deal with people who care. My medications are always correct and done quickly. The pharmacist has gone above and beyond to get me what I need when I needed it.. On a separate occasion, they even faxed my doctor for verification. Just very helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant people. I highly recommend making this your regular pharmacy.

I love the staff at this pharmacy. There is one pharmacist who has gone out of his way to help me on more than one occassion. The techs that have been there for a long time are awesome. I do have to say though, we routinely seem to have problems with prescription. They have to order something and it will take 3 or more days and sometimes they don't even call to tell us, or they need to call the Dr. but never call us to let us know. Worst of all when something is supposed to be ready it often isnt. It's extremely frustrating. It's hard to really enjoy the employees that weve known for awhile now and then have other people regularly mess things up and leave the bag in their hands.

I switched to this pharmacy after losing my insurance and finding that with a GoodRx coupon my med are, on average, cheapest through Safeway. My experience has been vastly different than that of the previous reviewer. Everyone who has helped me has been polite, friendly, and helpful. My prescriptions are always ready when expected and communications with my doctor's office for refills has gone smoothly. Do not hesitate to transfer your prescriptions here.
