I’ve lived in Kirkland my whole life and have been going to this Ross for a few decade. It’s pretty clean and I never have issues, seen a lot of staff come and go. This time made it quite clear I need to avoid this Ross at ALL COST. The employees have gotten worse. One in particular I couldn’t get his name, Tall, heavy set, white male, middle age. Average looking fellow but aggressive the way he works, anyone can spot him out. Throwing items off the shelf. He got awfully close to me with some flying items, folllowing me, staring me down, when I went to find my husband to tell him to get the dog gate we where looking for and needed badly, I wanted to go quickly Because I didn’t feel safe due this employees behavior. After I loudly said that, He was throwing metal water bottles and kids toys all through the back of the store. A younger employee was around and I could tell he was uncomfortable. It obviously the manager and district managers don’t care about their employees and customer safety. I hope that man gets help. Avoid this location for your safety.

EDIT.!!!! They have a new manager and he's Absolutely Dreadful. Unfortunately the new cashiers are also incompetent.! Really disappointing too as I used to shop there ALL the time.! Now I will never be going back... One of the worst shopping experiences I've ever had. This Ross is pretty good. For the most part always can find some good things. It's easy to spend at least $100+ in there 😂🤷

With the new shopping mall added in the area, this place gets so much more foot traffic now and the store seems busier. That being said, expect a wait to check out and limited item availability. In other words, expect the better items to be gone more quickly. Parking: large shared lot.

I'm generally pretty forgiving of retail-worker stress because they don't get paid enough for what they have to deal with (especially during the holidays) and that was true long before Covid-19. …
