Urban Coffee lounge has all of the ingredients to be a "cool" local coffee shop in the center of a captive audience of apartment dwellings. On first sight it has the "right" snacks, the fire, the lounge chairs, the outside patio etc. …Hey Peter, Thanks for the feedback. Saturday was one of the busiest we've had in a long time. I understand waiting 25 minutes would be very frustrating and I certainly apologize for the wait. As for the customer service, if you look the thousands of other review, we are most often praised for our high level of customers service. I won't say that we fail from time to time, but we strive to be welcoming and engaging. Your feedback helps remind us to keep our best foot forward, regardless of the chaos of the cafe. This place has hemp milk! For someone lactose intolerant like myself, this is huge! Hemp milk is the closest thing to real milk in a latte, in my honest opinion.
